Rights & Marks were founded by Balajanaki Srinivasan M.A. M.L., in 2001. she enrolled at the Madras Bar Council. in 1986-87, Initially starting practice in Civil and Criminal laws and gaining valuable experience, she switched focus to Intellectual property and gained wide recognition in the following years. Eventually.
She qualified herself as a Solicitor of England and Wales and was admitted to the Law Society of England on 15th October, 2007.She is also an IP evaluator certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization, Switzerland.
Consistently she has been updating herself with latest seminars and conferences held in India as well WIPO, Geneva, Switzerland. She obtained post graduate diploma in CYBER LAWS which is an integral part of intellectual property law by Asian school of Cyber Law, India and also by Bar Council of Malaysia, Kuala-Lumpur. Acquired knowledge on Company merger and acquisition and take over.
